First, as everyone has stated, the picture shown is of the official scantron version. Second, I bought 2 packs of 6 of the official scantron version at my college bookstore; they were only $1.95 each. That's not too bad. Finally, on my first test day I found out that the our student union gives away, one at a time, precision data product "scantron" forms (the 882-e's) for free. So in sum, this and other sellers should be more clear about the actual product they are selling by posting the actual picture of the forms you get or linking to the PDP website. And, these forms will work with the official scantron branded grading machines.

I am a college professor who goes through a lot of 882-E Scantron forms (100 questions) every semester for my answer keys. I was tired of running out of forms and having to buy the overpriced little packets from my college bookstore/vending machines. I bought these with some trepidation because some of the reviewers mentioned they had trouble with compatibility with Scantron products. I have used them several times to make my answer keys and they worked perfectly with our Scantron machine and item analysis forms. The best thing is that price is about one third of what the name brand forms cost. At this rate, I won't run out of forms for many years.
